I feel all your pain!! I am on vlcd-4 and I've been spotting the last few days until today and then OMG!! My flow is worse then after I had my two boys!! I went through 3 heavy pads by lunch time and then 3 more in the afternoon!! Ruined 2 pairs of jeans today cause I was soooo NOT prepared for this amount of flow. I had to leave work to go home and change and was a nervous wreck after that hoping to not have another 'accident'. I was running to the bathroom all day long!! Horrible horrible day!!

Oh and to top it off I lost only .4lbs. The day before I started I lost 5.4lbs.

I'm awaiting my visit from Aunt Flo. Hope she doesn't stay long. :P I've always had irregular periods, with heavy flow...I feel your pain. Hang in there!

Oy...scary stuff! I'm almost done with R1P2, and I just started my 2nd TOM. It's actually a little early, although I am fairly irregular anyway. I'm in my mid 30s - no BC besides an IUD (not the kind with the hormones). I don't recall anything unusual from my first TOM, but now I am worried! I've been semi-stalled for the past few days, which makes sense now. Tomorrow is my skip day and I only have 4 more shots to go...but after reading this, I'm wondering if I should just not bother and end a few days early since I probably won't lose much during my period anyway. Plus I'm concerned that since it's early it will be a nightmare one like you girls are getting!

Ok, I have been using Seasonique which lets you only have a period every 3 months. I have been spotting for about a month and since I started Hcg 1 week ago its been full blown TOM..The doctor says it takes 3 months for the pill to fully get in your system but I have 2 weeks left before I'm even on the week of TOM. I'm concerned about blood loss, and does anyone take Iron supplements?? Does all of this mess with weight loss? I'm down 12 lbs. in first week so I feel like it might not, but I feel like the worst is yet to come. Any suggestions??? Is anyone concerned about blood clots??/

I have had similar experiences. I take the pill, and kept taking it to "skip" my period. Instead it came on full force for over 2 weeks. I thought I was going to bleed out as heavy as it was. Usually I'm 4 days, really light.
