    I had a 4 day stall and just waited it out no apple day Released .8 yesterday today 1.2 the body does need to adjust and I think we all get a little anxious when the scale doesn't move... Fat cells will hold on to water before they release... they've been with us for so long they do not want to flush away..hence a plataue... just stick to your plan and keep going the lbs will catch up....
