linds- that's a huge amount for 4 days! it probably won't affect you during the first week- people tend to lose a lot no matter what. but it may affect you later on- everyone is different.
Hi, Debkru I bought the book of Mr. KT because many friends are doing the diet with his book, for me is really hard, because I love something sweet before go to sleep, for this reason and because I like do research I found this site, and your and the manuscript, according to KT we need to do the diet for 45 days. I'm doing for 16 days and never stop my pills, now I don't know what I can do...And drinking my coffee and tea with stevia for 2 days, and I included the breackstis, because are important maybe no for my goals, but my main still happy when I ate the breackstick. Some of you know what I need to do with the pills according to the 45 days diet?

LA otra pregunta es, es normal no bajar a veces, y otras tan sólo 0.5? Les sucede esto a menudo?

Psjack, excuse me but how many days do you did the first round? And when you stop the HCG? I'm doing the diet, today is my 16 days, but I don't know what I need to do, because the manuscript of Dr Simeons and the Kevin Treadau Book are not the same rules!!!!!!!!!!!!! !
Excuseme my mistakes in Englihs, I don't writer well, my language is Hispanic.
I love the flavored stevias, and they are truly calorie free where the powdered sweeteners like Truvia do have some carbs because they are cut with maltodextrin etc. You do have to respect them as it can be nasty if you overdo it. I tried to stay away from the powdered sweeteners but didn't stress if I had the odd one. Losses were on track with women's average.
my clinic said to use truvia or purevia and no other brand during phase 2. Also, i am limited to only 2-3 packets per day. my guidelines seem to be even more strict than original protocol. 100g protein (Wild White Fish, free range chicken or bison, elk NO beef), 100g of the very short list of veggies, one fruit per the two meals. choices being 6 strawberry's, an apple or 1/2 grapefruit. no breadstick. and cannot eat the exact same thing at both meals for the day.
