    My friends I need your help with something not HCG related! As you all know Elmer (hubby) is waiting for a heart transplant. This has caused a MAJOR financial hardship for us & I have been selling AVON to help with all the costs we are incurring even before the transplant!     Grammy et al, I am following Dr S to the T. I make no substitutions whatsoever. I am 30 lbs away from my goal! This morning I gained
    1.0 #. I am doing subl. Today is day 26 on hCG, with a net loss of 10#s. I am due to mix a new batch in 3 days, but I'll mix it tomorrow and see if a new batch makes a difference. If I don't lose anymore for the next 7 days, I will start P3 on Sun 22nd Nov, after 33 days on P2. I'll plan for R2 six weeks from then. I am trying to stay positive, and I still believe in this protocol 100%.

    I did an apple day after 4 days of stalling, I lost 1.0# the foll day, but gained it right back the next day.

    Any ideas?

    The potency severely decreases after 14 days, starlight. Is TOM close? You shouldn't be gaining. Did you use Braggs or anything with a lot of salt? Try skipping one of your fruits and upping your water tomorrow. That usually will break a stall for me. :-)

    I'm glad I found this thread! I went to your website. I have been a little skeptical about hCG but I am going to go for it anyway. Since you provide a lot of valuable information on this website and having visited your personal website, I am a lot more confident in the information I am receiving!     It really works, adipoze! You just wait and see. :-) I went to church this morning and people kept saying wow, are you at your goal yet? You look so skinny. I ate it up! :-) I'll be finishing my 3rd round later in the week. :-)
