First I have to say, when those little strange occurrences happen that we can't explain, I never say "how odd', I say "how God". How God it was that as many times as I'd seen the discussion subject "Grammy's Books", I'd think "well, that one doesn't really concern me" and look for others that did. How God it was that I took a moment to read past the 1st page. I depend on God for everything and thank Him for leading me to the hCG and to this wonderful forum! Thank you all for the inspiring testimonies. I definitely needed them tonight. -

Elaine!!!! I was wondering why I haven't heard from you lately! It is like you disappeared off the forum :/ I see you on FB but havent really seen you on here!!!!! God has a hand in EVERY thing that we do. I am so sorry to hear you have been so discouraged lately. I really honestly hope that this thread helped you even in some small way. lis-please do borrow forever...lol. I share that with everyone. A lot of people have "adopted" it which is fine for me. The more who say it, the better...lol
Nutshell--you are an inspiration in yourself! (I'm from the south so I hope that came out right--most people don't understand our 'sayings'...lol) I could read your posts all day!! You are soooo right about God leading me here (last night now) and reading past that first page. So thankful to Him that I did!! He knows exactly what we need when we need it.
For those struggling with any trial--Satan can't bring us any farther down than to our knees. -

I was just talking to my teenagers about satan waking me up in the middle of the night in fear over different things and I said it's funny because his purpose is to get me defeated but what he is actually doing is getting me to pray even more! I never would wake up in the middle of the night just to pray it would have to take a lot, LOL. He is so smart yet SO MUCH dumber! -
I'm here, i've been pretty busy lately. And not losing very well lately either. It's ovulation time, so i'm wondering if that's why. Also, i think those few cubes of cheese on Sunday really did me in. Sigh! I was ready to give up but i've decided to push through to the 40 day protocol, or 43, whatever it is (haven't figured that out yet).

Trying that is awesome that God is waking you up to get your attention!!!! You have hit the nail on the head with satan yes he is the dumbest smart person but we are smarter because we are already so aware of what he is capable of so we can defeat him with the power of the lord & prayer each & everytime!!!! Keep it up God is going to use you for something :o) -
I am just so in awe of God for bringing me to this thread tonight. I have been feeling way down in the dumps all day because I have not lost for the past 8 days. I gained up to a pound at times, stayed the same at .5 increase or so. After reading all your posts, I am so very much encouraged! I thank God for you all and for hCG, which was an answer to prayer for me as well.
I am on the 6-wk protocol, been doing everything per Dr S, but after 24 days have only lost 11 #s. I have not cheated once, nor have I been tempted to.
I trust that God is control of this, and I am already planning on a R2 to reach my goal of
40# loss.
Grammy, I do not really read fiction, but I think I am going to make an exception and read some of your books!

Starlight, are you close to your goal weight? Are you following Dr. S protocol or something else? Maybe we can get to the bottom of this. having any creamer with you coffee, my personal downfall in my first two rounds? :-)
