    The fact it pops right back up indicates to me that you're eating something you're sensitive to or you're not eating enough protein. How is your food intake in general?

    Could be cheese or nuts, or maybe wine? I will have to cut out all of the above for a few days and see what happens. I hope all is not lost. From the posts on here, I think it may be redeemable! And there is always the next round of p2!

    It's redeemable! I'd cut out all three then add back in one for 3 days.

    I agree with Colleen - cut all 3 out then only add 1 back at a time for a few days. This should help tell you if your sensitive to one of them!! Try eating just all high protein one day. I noticed this helped me alot. I'm starting my second round today & the other day I was up about 8 LDW but my official weight today (first load) I'm only up 3.6 over LDW I just ate a lot of extra protein the past few days while I was still eating things I should not have really been eating LOL Don't be discouraged R2 will help. Hopefully you can get back down a little before the next round. I know the feeling, it is so discouraging, but try cutting those things out & see how you do. I bet you will notice exactly what it is by doing this! Good luck :o)

    Thanks for all your encouragement - it's good to know I am not alone in this for sure :) I will try the high protein without cheese or nuts for a few days and see what happens. Do you think that protein powder (low fat, 1 gram carb per scoop) would be useful to just add to the day's protein?

    Hi everyone, just checking in. HHCG is working well for me. Day 16 of protocol. Dont remember what I weighed prior to gorge days, but that first vlcd to now I have dropped 11 pounds appx.

    So,I am going on a trip at the end of this month for almost 2 weeks.
    I am sure you can imagine that slight panic I feel. I want to do 40 day round. I end up doing my 3 days off hhcg but still eating vlcd the last days I am there....sheesh.
    This makes me nervous simply because I will be with family in celebration, and will I be hungry during this time.

    So if anyone who has successfully gone into the next phase please tell me what I need to expect from this time period? So I can effectively plan.
    I want to do the protocol exactly as I should.
