You lead the escape of the Pavlov fear apple. I was always typing hcgdietinfo.com then clicking on the forums. That's how I always ended up with the hideous sound and bouncing apple. I will book mark. I'm sort of new to the blog sites. Don't quite have the hang of this one yet. I was hoping that I would get email notifications to threads I was on but couldn't figure out how to do it. I didn't know if it worked like facebook or not. -
Oh how I wish there was a way to give me notice when someone responded! I LOVE my facebook :o) That is even on my blackberry!!!! I book marked the forum to so I am never at the home page!!

Ok I ate the apple but 86'd the tea I don't think my tummy can handle it right now. Maybe I will try in a little while after the apple settles down :/ -
Not smart, just bored! I tend to use forums a lot. I have more friends from forums than I do friends in person.
