    Beestly,
I have seen studies from Prevention Magazine and Discover magazine. Mass produced fruit is LESS sweet and tasteful than organic. Organic has more nutrients however.

I'm not talking about organic. I'm talking about fruit that existed before farming. Over the centuries agriculture has bred fruit to be sweeter and sweeter. It's not original fruit.

Beestly, respectfully, my dear, I have a different opinion.
No foods that we eat now are "original". Beef, chicken, or any other domesticated creature or plant that has been bred or grown for eating are all different from the original form. All of them have them have been modified through selective breeding. Every plant.... Every animal,.... unless it is found wild in a jungle. I've been having a hard time finding Kate Buffalo in the grocery store lately.

Beestly, I just don't think we are meant to struggle and worry so much about everything. Mother's milk is so much sweeter than cows milk and that comes directly from God. Sweet does not equal evil. : )

Goodness! I'm just talking about why fruit can be a problem if you are hypoglycemic (medically established, not me making it up). No nothing is original, especially not in the last 50 years. But that was never the point. If you have blood sugar issues you wish to control, avoid the sweeter fruits. If you have access to a 4000-year-old variety of apple that will probably he better for you.

Well, yes. I agree with you here. Of course. I've heard of some people having access to heirloom seeds. I wonder what an older variety of fruit would taste like? I'd love to try. Beestly, I didn't mean any offense. I'm sorry if it came across that way. Of course an old variety of apple would be wonderful..I just meant that since we can't get our hands on them, we shouldn't worry. Now you've got me thinking. Maybe I will google "heirloom seeds" : )

I concede. Respectfully. But I will joke if I can. Let us be lovey and kissy again. Love and kisses to Beestly. I have offended thee.

No more fruits dissed. Does that include me? I'm pretty fruity.
