Is anybody else breaking out more than usual on HCG? I haven't been wearing any make up and I wash my face regularly with oil free soap, but for some reason, I'm breaking out bad and only on my forehead. Is there ANYTHING I can do? Will I just have to wait it out? Any input is welcome.

    Thanks!

That seems to be kind of common, Jessy. Even I had a bit more trouble with it and I'm 57! LOL

I agree also if this is your first round then it would be a lot more than your other rounds because your body is releasing toxins while you are on P2, think of it like a cleanse because you really are so limited on food choices that your body is cleansing itself from all the other stuff. After 23 days everything should be mostly gone depending on build up of toxins but usually 23-30 days your body should be rid of it all. Then your next round there might be a little that wasn't released yet and come through during that time.
This is also why everyone finds out they actually have a food allergy because all these years it's been there but it came on as maybe being tired or you get sick more often then you should because of your body fighting off the allergy. Then you get rid of it adding it back in and you get your response

Thanks grammy, trying. I guess I'll just have to get bangs. Lol! It's not too bad. The rest of my face is ok. I'll just have to wait it out. Plus, watching the scale go down is sooooo worth it. YESS!!!

it should go away when you get to P3. but it happens again to me whenever i go back to P2- at least the redness.
