For various reasons (excuses) I had a rough day today. Ate too much of the allowed foods, then ate a small amount of unallowed foods. Is there a way to recoup quickly? Like the steak day when not doing the injections? I am 10 days into injections. Thanks for your help!
If you have a cheat day on P2 (I am R1P2VLCD33) which is the worst fat or carbs? Also has anyone on P2 compared their results drinking dry white wine vs. vodka with 0 calorie Life Water & stevia?
Here's my lesson learned on cheating: I thought I really needed some of the Pub Mix on Monday so I gave in and had a handfull. In the second bite I broke my tooth. NO MORE CHEATING!!
