So I had two glasses of red wine last night and then went dancing with a friend. I made sure to drink water. No effect on the scale today. Yay!! Now I'm trying to decide if I should bring some wine along with me to the cocktail party tonight, even though I'm not supposed to bring anything... or risk a cocktail. Maybe she'll have vodka like what you guys suggested...
I start phase 3 on Thursday, I went and bought a bottle of red wine today so that I can celebrate the success of my weight loss on Thursday evening with a glass!
