I just made the coffee cup muffin!!! Yum Yum! I just ate part of it...and now I'm stuffed beyond belief! Do people eat the whole one...or is it multiple servings!

I'm thinking tomorrow...(if all goes well with the scale) that I'll make one and then use it as mini breads and put strawberries (pureed) on it as a "jam" with my hot tea!

Is there anywhere to get almond flour that is not incredibly expensive?!

From what I understand ordering online is much cheape,r even with the shipping, than buying in the grocery/health food stores. Oh, btw, I've read not to get "Bob's Red Mill" brand - ground too course for most recipes.

I pay about $35 including shipping for Honeyville for 5 pounds. That's cheaper than the Bob's and better too.

    That's a good price Colleen...and 5 pounds will go a long way!

Have you made the "sandwich bread" that's listed on the first page? Greek yogurt is okay on P3..right? (Pls say yes - otherwise I've gone rogue yet again!)

    It lasted me a year!

I haven't tried the sandwich bread. And yes, Greek yogurt is great on P3! I add blueberries and slivered almonds. :-)
