    Hi All,

I have always bruised easily, and now I have spotted thighs from my sub-Q injections. I also have dark circles under my eyes. I seem to recall from my college days, that both of these can be associated with low Vitamin K levels. Do any of you know if you can get Vit K as a supplement? I know babies get a Vit K shot after they have been born, but I really don't want any more shots!!

    Thanks for all knowledge/advice.

Hi Annie, I'm taking potassium supplements twice a day. You should be able to find supplements at most stores that sell vitamins. I think I got mine from CVS.

I am taking potassium supplements as well, and although the symbol for potassium is "K", vitamin K is something different. I found a multivitamin on Complementary Prescriptions that has Vitamin K (cpmedical.net) but nowhere can I find just he vit K (I already have a multi I like). Maybe I'll switch if it bothers me too much. I just got TOM, so my legs will have a few days to heal up while I skip the shots!
