    crissypi- we are in just about the exact same boat! Today is my VLCD12 and I am down 12.5 pounds- I'm at 146.5 right now. So not only did we start at almost the same time, but we're about the same weight too! I'm a little bummed that it slowed down so much too, but I keep telling myself that a half pound a day equals a full pound every 2 days, and at the end of the round that will equate to about 23 pounds, so that's not bad at all!

    It works but you have to do the work and stick to the diet to a T. No cheating on this diet!

    Strawberry - What is in the Homeopathic drops that's different from regular pharmacy grade hcg? I don't know anything about them and have been curious. I have interested friends who like homeopathic everything.

    I'm not the best one to answer this...but a good tool would be to go to the search tab (above) and type in "homeopathic". I know I've seen a couple of great explanations on how Homeopathic HCG works somewhere on this forum. Mostly it works on the imprint of HCG, but very little actual HCG in the product. All's I know is "it works!!!!!" And I so happy!!!

    Hello hello! Happy Thursday!

    I have a halftime report! Day 20 and I'm down 18.6 lbs! And that includes TWO cheats! And I'm not talkin a bite of cookie- I'm talkin full on order out pizza, wings, and cannolis! Sorry guys.... sounds great.... only a few more weeks until P3!

    I have to say that I am pretty dang proud of myself for making it this far considering my intense background of emotional and binge eating!

    I can't wait to continue to see the numbers drop and watch each of you in your amazing journeys too!

    PS... I've been using Jay Robb protein since day one. Probably 3-4 servings a week. There aren't any ingredients that are off protocol since its made with stevia and the nutritional values are almost identical to a serving of chicken! I love it and I have never seen a stall in losses because of it! I'm just not a red meat eater and I'm severely allergic to shellfish so I'm pretty limited on my proteins... they sell it at Whole Foods which means it cannot contain any artificial ingredients or additives. :) Just my 2 cents!

    I cheated! I'm away from home until 8pm tonight and I had to have something to eat. Well this is what I did:

    Went to winn-dixie and picked up some sugarfree raspberry vinaigrette. It has 1 carbs and it's made with splenda. I also picked up the italian dressing packets to mix with vinegar and water only.
    Next, I went to my fav bbq place. I ordered a turkey salad with no dressing. It had tomatoes, lettuce, cucumbers, turkey and the cheat...cheese. I didn't remember it having cheese on it and didn't notice until I was a forkful into it. I picked out what cheese I could but I couldn't get it all. Luckily, there wasn't a lot on the salad...just a smidge.

    I realize that I am making better choices. There was a time that I would have stopped at the many fast food places that were closer. I went out of my way to go to the grocery store to pick up the dressing and to the bbq place that wasn't a little farther out. Well, I'm full not all that happy but glad I made a better choice. My cheat could have been so much worse than a little cheese. Oh, I forgot to tell ya'll that I didn't eat all of the meat on the salad. I am some and gave most of it to my youngest daughter that can eat anything. *sighs*

    I don't expect to have a lose tomorrow partly b/c of the cheese and mostly b/c of TOM.

    I hope you ladies had a great day and have excellent losses for tomorrow.

    I can't wait to get home. The sad part is I live 25/30 mins away from where I am. Well, that would explain why I couldn't go home to eat dinner. I forgot that detail. hehe

    MJ~ hey!!! I knew you cheated but I didn't realize you went full on cheat. Dang! You still did well even with the cheat (not that I'm encouraging anyone to cheat) you are still around average. WOW!!!

    Two days away from LIW, and this morning I weighed 181, according to the new scale. 179, according to the old. Either way, I've officially lost the 4 lbs. gained on my cheat, and I'm down 1/2 lb from that.

    Good Morning everyone!

    I am just checking in with my progress report. Today is my R2 VLCD5. I am down 11.6 lbs. I have 9.2 more lbs until my goal. I hope I make it there- feels like TOM is going to ran on my parade early-uughh! : )
