    OMG! I don't what the heck happened, but I am completely STARVING right now! Ugghh what do I do? I am taking 15 drops twice a day. Oh, I forgot to mention that I am very irritable right now too! :(

    Caldwell I hear ya! I just want to EAT! I've been doing good, but I'm so tempted to stop now so I can eat! I hope this passes cause otherwise I'm happy with the program.

    I just mixed my next batch and I have bubble in in like the foam on the top of beer. Is that a problem?

    Lets not mention I was talking to my daughter and broke a vial. I saw small pieces of glass in it and I was afraid to mix it, thinking glass might be small enough to get sucked up in needles. I still love my amp opener but I need to pay attention to what I am doing b/c I just through $11.50 in the trash. I'm praying my next order will be her before I need that last vial or I will be doing a 23day round. ugh

    This is R1P2D12 or me....day 10 of VLCD...started at 263.9...this a.m. I am down to 250.2...a loss of 13.7 pounds!!!...I lost 1.6 pounds since yesterday(11/18)....I seem to do better when fish is in my daily diet, and skipped my fruit all together yesterday.....having shrimp and a tomato for lunch today, so I'm going to try having my morning apple snack again...maybe the trick is just cutting back on my sodium...

    Let's hear everyone else's weigh ins for today!!!

    I wrote it somewhere else, but I'll post it again here. I'm down another 1.5 lbs. today, but I adjusted all my weights up to match the new scale. It seems to be more accurate than the old one. So today's weight is 182. Still hoping for something beginning with a 17 for LIW on Sunday.

    SMinSoCal...you're so close!!!...I bet you'll get there and I'm gonna guess your weight at LIW to be 178.5....

    I want to to get to the 240-245 range by Thanksgiving, so it'll be touch and go for me as well...
