    R1 P2 VLCD2 Lost 4.4 lbs my first day! Didn't really think that would happen, but glad it did. I'm feeling a bit better today as far as hunger goes, so I really hope I can stop obsessing about food...soon. Sitting here munching on my apple slices with cinnamon (LOTS of cinnamon) and drinking my tea with a bit of liquid Stevia, and just thinking happy thoughts.

    Welcom Chrissy, good luck to you. Are you on homeopathic drops or the real HCG?

    Does anyone on here eat beef every day? I think Im going to stick with beef and fish because chicken breast makes me want to yak! Im trying so hard today, still some hunger but im try to fight it. Im using 200 for subq and I hope its working right! I started my load days last sat and sun...all week Ive had hunger but I do feel I didnt load properly, I am planning on doing the 40 day round and I want to stick with it! I also cheated alot this week, not going to anymore! The days I cheated I didnt gain, but I also didnt lose. Im really hoping to lose 25lbs this round. I hope I didnt miss the chance to lose that much.

    I ate ground beef (96% lean) every day for dinner and chicken every day for lunch. I'm type O blood type, did 200 subq. inj. I'm in p3 now but lost 16 pounds in 30 days. My goal loss was 15 pounds.

    cathyx- im also doing the 200 subq injections, and I am also blood type O. Im hoping to lose 25lb this round, thank you I will try some beef

    Thanks for the warm welcome, strawberry. I'm doing the injections in my belly fat using the Corion brand. I'm on a 175 IU dose. I hope 175 iu is enough for me. I'm really confused on which dose to take. Initially I was thinking of 150iu but I ended up with 175. Hope its correct. I can't wait to shed the weight off. I'm glad you're shedding off pounds.

    Westongirl, that is just too low of a dose for subcutaneous for most people! If you don't want to up the dose, get longer needles and inject it in your thigh intramuscular like the original protocol. You shouldn't be hungry!

    Cris- how is the Corion working for you? What made you choose that brand? Was it recommended?

    I'm trying it for the first time on this round and am on load day 1 so I don't know how it compares to the hucog I used the last time.

    Hi Linda. Im also on my load day 2. I dont know if Corion will be ok. I actually learned it here in the forum. Someone had mentioned that Corion is from Switzerland. I got mine in alldaychemist.

    Why did you shift to Corion? you're not satisfied with Hucog?

    I'm thinking of doing 3 days of loading. I dunno if that will be good or not. I will decide when I wake up tomorrow. I suddenly got scard of getting hungry. A lot of people here are complaining about the hunger during VLCD.

    Just checking in. Up .2 from yesterday. I have now officially been stuck in the 148 range for four days. Today is VLCD #6. How did I hit a plateau so quickly?

    Hi all,

    What a fantastic support board! Many thanks to everyone for sharing their experiences. It really helps knowing that I'm not alone in everything I'm thinking and going through.

    A quick summary on me: 42 years old, 55 pounds to lose. I still cannot believe that I let my weight get up that high. What in the world was I thinking (or more likely, not thinking)? Well, now I'm taking control of the siutation. I've completed 6 days VLCD and have lost 9 pounds. Nice! Following protocol hasn't been terribly difficult. The main thing I miss is milk in my coffee (more than a tablespoon). Sigh. And going for a glass of wine with friends. I haven't told my friends exactly what I'm doing because they would say it's not healthy. I just said that I've decided to eat "clean" for a while. They seem to accept that.

    Anyway, looking forward to traveling this journey with all of you!
