I'll be starting on Nov. 12th, after a girls-only trip to Vegas! I'm going to visit many a buffet while I'm there! :) My DH started about 1 1/2 weeks ago and is doing great, so I'm totally excited to start myself. I've been visiting this forum every day, getting myself psyched up. Although, I have to admit that I'm a little worried about Thanksgiving being in the middle of P2. But, like the others have said, I'm not too sad to be done with the "Thanksgiving Gorge-fest" either. I'm just about sick of feeling out of control...
Anytime you take a homeopathic of any kind they tell you to avoid mint. It's the strong flavor. Homeopathics work on an energy principle which uses taste and smell so you have to avoid anything with that. I think you'd be okay to use it if it's at least an hour or so before or after your dose. I know I didn't avoid it on the many, many homeopathics I've used. Coffee neither.
It's a detox/colon cleanse I got from a health food store. There are no eating guidelines or food restrictions, so I think it would be safe to load & start my round, but wasn't sure. If y'all don't know of a reason not to, I'll go ahead & start as planned. I'll finish the detox/cleanse a few days after I start. Thanks for your input.
Hi all ... it's been almost three weeks since p1 ended and the weight is the same. I really wish I could have lost more but 16 lbs was it. I am going to start another round next week-end - any thoughts on how to lose more? I'm doing 23 day rounds of sublingual. Sounds like everyone is doing awesome! Kudos to everyone!
I will be starting load day 1 tomorrow and vlcd 1 on mon nov 2nd, i look forward to losing weight! This will be my first round, doing 43 days using sq injections! Good luck to everyone!!!!!!
Skinny, you are on the same days I am. My first VLCD will be Monday as well. I can't wait to get started seeing the lbs drop. If you stick to the protocal you will too!
auntbarbie, I have never been a fan of any kind of detox. Our bodies are amazing in that they usually can take care of that themselves with plenty of water and proper diet. This is just my opinion, of course. : )
