Oops! I forgot that I live in Florida and our winter is so much milder than others out there. I have dry skin too, but I am using oil free on my face.

I want to join in here although I am on HHCG, might be interesting to see difference with those starting same day between shots and HHCG.
I also started first VLCD on Monday.

    Sat-Sun Oct 30&31 Loaded
    Gained 4.3* on load days
    VLCD-1 Lost 5.3*
    VLCD-2 Lost 2.3"

I am also hungry at night. I have been drinking water and tea to kills the pangs. I believe it will get much easier once our stomachs become used to the little amount we are feeding it. Until then the pangs come and go...sign~

If your hunger persists beyond another day, you need to up your dose. Hunger is a signal things aren't working right.

I am currently on .5cc three times a day, isn't that enough Colleen?
  3.  # 95permalink
It might not be. Every person is different. If you're still ravenous today, try upping it tomorrow to .6. I think that .5 equates to 15 drops but ask on the homeopathic lounge. Some increase it to 20 drops a day.

weston- you can work out while on P2- just pay attention to how much your body says is ok, and don't push yourself too hard. you can generally get around any blood-sugar issues by splitting your food up throughout the day. 20-30 is the average loss for women for a 40-day round.

I am hungry at night too. Heck! I am hungry right now. The hunger has not gone away. I have the pre-prepared injections. Should I call and tell the clinic that I have persistent hunger? What can they really do about it?

Yes I would call. Find out the dose. If it's 125-175, ask if you can up it. The hunger says it's not working right which means your hypothalamus isn't resting and getting reset which is a big deal.

Good morning loosers! R2P2VLCD#3 and I dropped 3lbs!!! That makes a total of 8 lbs so far. Had cabbage soup with chicken last night and it was sooo satisfying. No hunger this morning, so I think the HCG is kicking in.

    Congrats on everyone's progress!
