mgs- I am doing the long 40 round. I want to get the most I can out of this diet. And then I hopefully will only need another small round next year. I want to lose 30 more lbs from where I stand now.

i want to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers as i battled this severe weakness. i started getting stronger on friday, and both sat and today i was actually able to go out and do some errands/shopping. i'm feeling much better, but my doc is going to order some new tests.

went out to kohl's tonight, and actually bought a pair of sz 12 pants!! i know that size wouldn't be too exciting for many of you, but considering that i started out at a 3x (which is a 24-26), i was thrilled!!

My friend's birthday party just keeps on giving. I guess I was dehydrated yesterday, and the full impact didn't show up. I'm up another 1.5 lbs. today, to 182.5. That's on top of yesterday's 2.5 lbs. I've wiped out a week's worth of progress, and I weigh almost what I did last Monday. So, my advice to people who think that just one night can't possibly hurt that much:

    DON'T DO IT!!!!!!

    I'm kicking myself.

Margie- Size 12 is awesome! I am hit and miss on size 12 and feels so great! (was a 16, then stuck at 14 before this diet)
Keep us posted on your tests! I am keeping you in my prayers.

I lost .4 :( I guess i's about time for it to slow down. Dang it! I even only ate 300 calories yesterday AND drank over a gallon of water! Oh well. Keep on swimming, keep on swimming...just keep swimming..

It doesn't matter what size any of us are...we are all in this together....a loss is a loss and a size is just a way of counting our losses! Way to go, Margie and glad you are feeling better!

Tonight I made a soup. I'd heard so many people talking about it, and it's a little cooler here these days, so it sounded good.

Cabbage, chicken and various spices (cumin, rosemary, garlic, pepper, cayenne, etc.). Good and filling, and different than cold baked chicken and steamed veggies.

    Hey everyone,

Quick question, I am using a calorie counter, for everything I ate today. I measured out all my protein, and veggie and fruit servings. I'm looking at the total calories, and I am sitting at like 320, how am I supposed to make up the difference to 500? Is this going to effect me?

P.s., had to go and buy new pants for work, since they were too big! Big surprise to me, I am now a size 8!!!

    :D
