    Hi! I was a 22/24 down to loose 16. R2 VLCD27. Am down 55lbs total!! Would like to get down to 150 lbs, dont want to be to skinny. Just want to be healthy!!!

    I was a 10/12 and almost 2 years ago, I lost my dad, best friend, and baby in the span of 365 days exactly.

    I didn't handle it well, and gained 40lbs, which put me in a tight 14, really needed a 16.

    Last January(09) I began this quest, and am down a total of 61lbs, and in a comfortable 6, looking for a 4.

    I begin what I hope to be my final round this weekend (my goal is the final 25 lbs)!

    My personal favorite about this diet is that I've lost weight all over. I don't have cellulite or saggy skin. I could NOT have achieved the "contouring" that I wanted with liposuction (and believe me, I was JUST about to go under the knife before I found this-saved me about 10 grand!).

    For the first time that I can remember in a long time, people are actually saying, "if you lose any more weight, there won't be anything left!"


    I just keep thinking "NOTHING tastes as good as skinny feels!"

    I got over-excited yesterday and bought a pair of size 11 capris yesterday, lol. They were tight and I didn't like the bulge at the top, so I returned them. I guess I'm not there yet. :( But, that means am a comfortable size 12 down from a tight and climbing 14.

    My goal is: 120 which is heavier than my highschool weight of 109, but at least easily maintainable. :) To think, I used to be a size 0!!

    I also wanted to mention how interesting it is to see how differently our bodies are shaped! I've still got a spare tire around my middle, but I've lost inches (I haven't measured) in my arms and chest/upper body, heh. However, I see people who weigh a bit more than I do at my weigh-in today (148.4 down from 173.0 after load days & I'm on bottle 2 of the Releana) but they are wearing 7's and 8's and I'm stuck at 12.

    LOL. I might carry my biggest problems in my hips, thighs, and stomach. ::sigh:: Or my body isn't reshaping correctly. I'm hoping when I reach my goal weight I'll at least be a size 5. I could live with that. I just want to be in the single digit sizes so badly!!!
