I am only 3.5lbs from this club :) I am praying I make it this round I have had 2lb loss in 2 days so it is possible, I hope. -

kanyenk....I am so sorry that I didn't see your post until today. I did go to your thread though and it looks like you got lots of good advice. How are you doing with stabilizing now? I hope you are doing well. I do think that it is harder to do this if a person eats out a lot because of all the "crap" they put in the food.
