I am going to start my homeopathic hcg tomorrow, planning to load my body up during weekend. I have read pounds and inches but still have a few questions to ask... 1) the book specifically said 100 grams of protein, how much veggie should i eat? ( did i miss it from the book?) 2) where can i find melba toast or grassini? I prefer not online... 3) Can I eat tofu as my protein source? how much should I eat? 4) Can I use other starch to substitute the melba toast and grassini? if yes, what kind?
If anyone have more advice you think would be helpful to me, please let me know. thank you in advance.
If you want to log it, you can find some online places to do that. Then you can see how close to 500 calories you are coming. I started out doing that but found what I was eating was falling close to 500 calories or less every day so I quit bothering. But the places where you log it will figure out the calories when you put in the amounts.
i weigh my veggies, and then multiply the oz's by however many calories are per oz to get my calorie intake. it equals to quite a bit of veggies if you really count the calories. the protein is 3.5 oz's
I am like Colleen, I don't measure/weigh my veggies. I eat a whole cuke, whole tomato, as much lettuce so I am full, etc. I still lost pretty good. I figured veggies don't have many calories so I use them as fillers!
thanks for the advice. today is my loading day. just had my drops. I was not able to hold the drops under the tongue for 20 mins as they slowly being swallow with my saliva. :P should I put more drops? how long after the drops I can start drinking water and eating since today is my loading day, I am ready to EAT. XD
If it's homeopathic, you only have to hold it under the tongue a couple of minutes. Only pharmaceutical grade needs to be held 20 min. Which are you on? Colleen
