    Oh we dont have Krogers here but I'll keep looking...I have been eating some tortilla chips(about 10)when we eat mexican and so far so good, I will just add more slowly and have been afraid of beans but am on week week 2 now starting to add a little more to my day...trying hard want to do this right and am enjoying all the high fat from p3 and dont want to eliminate that because its so good;)

    When you start adding carbs in p4, you'll have to cut down on the fat, or you will start to gain weight. You'll need to stay in the calorie range for your weight at that point.

    I never counted calories even in P4 or restricted good fats.

    Ok thats what I thought and thats makes me a little sad but I will get it I hope!!! Collen you still ate high fat ? and added starches?

    I wasn't meaning no fat, just not quite what you may be doing on p3. I'm basing that on what I'll be doing on p3.lol

    I know theres that balance and I know I will have to experiment some to see what works for me but all i know is I CAN EAT now and its awesome...I hardly ate before this diet and still gained slowly and could not lose AT ALL anymore, even my husband noticed how much I can eat now and stay the same weight its wonderful;)

    Oh yes. Cheese, nuts, avocados, whatever I wanted. I ate much like I did in P3 with the addition of certain starches. I'm gluten intolerant so of course never added back wheat. But I ate oatmeal for breakfast and also had rice on occasion. I've used olive oil only for years.

    I LOVE avocados, eat that whenever possible ;) I love bread and am not allergic to any food(thank God;) and come from people who do alot of homemade bread and rolls and sweet rolls and its been hard to resist all that but I just didnt bake any of it or go anywhere there was any available so I wasnt too tempted.I want to able to have some biscuits and potatoes with thanksgiving turkey though so I'm hoping I'll be eating pretty normal by then. The occasional splurge is ok too right?
