    I too had oatmeal this morning for my first day on P4. I used the regular oatmeal with milk and Truiva. I think that is all I will add today. Hopefully it will agree with me!

    glad to see this, I get on everyday to read about P4 and not much going on with it. I have used NuStevia even before this protocal and it does not have the bittler aftertase of stevia. It has stevia extract and maltodextrin and natural flavors. I dont like the plain stevia it does have an aftertase. I am doing good in P4, but temptation are starting to bother me. I was a big sweets fan and with all of this Halloween candy around it is hard to go to the store, but I am being brave. I am also having cravings for ice cream, dont know whats up with that but am resisting.

    I know what you mean Shanj807....I started the p4 lounge and got very few takers or participators. I have been going pretty much on my own since August. I would post, and no one would answer me :((

    Susiered, I have tried the Stacy's chips, and been ok with them. I haven't really tried beans much.

    I have had the atkins indulge peanut butter cups and had no problems. That has been a great treat. I had a bit of a problem when i ate it in p3, but Ive had one in p4 and experienced no weight gain. Also, dreyers sugar free butter pecan is AWESOME, I had it in p3, caused me to gain a little the next day, but when all was said and done after p3 i was within my 2 lbs.
    This is why I beleive that water is the key to keeping your weight down. Those things cause you to retain water, but if you are drinking enough water throughout the day, they won't affect your weight.

    Susiered- if you google ezekial and go the the website- it will look in your area for places that sell it. I did it and there were about 10 places within 50 miles. Might be more difficult if you are rural. In health food stores- it is usually in the refrigerated section.

    I think the lounge languishes because once people hit P4, they are often gone from the forum. :-(

    Thanks semaj I actually did that found several stores in the a city 70 miles away which is where my husband travels to our business everyday so I called him asked him to bring me some and I got the cinnamon raisin and the regular one too so I'm excited to try these for breakfast ;) are these considered starch since theyre mostly grains?

    thats too bad Colleen that people leave the forum when in p4, but it must cause they think they're done huh? I still feel like I will need lots of help now on p4 and plan on sticking around;) P4 is how how long? Is it just add things slowly back in then when you dont have weight gain and stabilize you're done and its how you try to eat from then on?
