I read somewhere in these threads to not only watch "not so healthly foods" being added into your diet...also watch how your body responds to healthy foods. To me, I wouldn't question a veggie to an increase of weight grain but I think I might have noticed a pattern in my body when I eat steamed cauliflower.I seem to gain 1 lb after eating it. Things that make you go "hmmmmm".

Here are my P4 weight numbers. It appears that I am doing ok stabilizing...does it to you? The dates that have a "C" in of them are the dates I ate cauliflower. Only 8 days of P4 left. Still deciding on whether or not I want to do a second round. If not, here I come the rest of my life! hehe

I've read through this entire thread (it took 2 hours) and it was fascinating!
I have a question: Do you ladies in P4 ever consciously lower your fat calories as you increase carbs? Because if I were on a high protien diet, I would plan to have for example two fried eggs and sausage for breakfast because that's what it would take to feel satisfied and that's how I plan to eat in P3...but if I wanted to try a starch, I would think to have skillet omellette with tomatoe (no oil at all) and a piece of wheat toast with butter. I mean, you can't have your cake and eat fried sausage too, can you??
