So I had a cheese burger tonight with a bun that I ordered from lowcarbu and it had 0 net carbs so I'll see how that will do to me in morning, kinda scared but what can a carb free bun do? Also no sugar in it either so I should be safe right? Kinda worried but excited too if I can eat hamburgers with the bun;)

susie- not sure what you got, but much of the no/low carb stuff still has starch in it- so i'd be careful.

Margie, its usually the low fat stuff that has alot of added starch I think. Usually the low carb stuff has indigestible fiber and vegetable stuff in it. My hubby uses the low carb buns and bagels all the time....and he is die hard atkins for over 5 years. He does fine with them. But then again, he is a guy and they have it easier, as we all know. ;(((

Susie, did it work for you?

BTW, I lost 3 lb on my steak day :))), and I can tell I am ovulating which I think had something to do with the sudden gain the other day. So, Colleen, it probably wasn't the pickle spears after all. Unless the added salt caused some water retention. Anyhoo, all is good again. :))

Susie-- not to sound dumb...but what are haystacks? I am not much of a cook, sorry. But I am courious. :)
