I stablized really well after I identified a dairy sensitivity. At first on P3 my weight started going up every day I weighed (I started having milk in my tea and coffee and added cheese). Then I read on the site that dairy can make some people gain weight. So I stopped having it and started loosing weight every day til I got below my LIW.
I ate 3 protein meals (with fat on meat) aday with a mix of veggies, ate the 2 fruits a day and added cream to coffee or fruit. And ate the odd waffer biscuit as a treat. And my body continued to loose inches.
I would keep clear of sugar free stuff because the artificial sweetners in jello can help you gain weight. I read this at some research site.
You will get this under control again. Just go back to what you have learned from P2. Keep your food simple like on the protocol, but increase the protein and veggies.
One thing to remember to when adding cheese, don't buy the preshredded as it has flour in it to keep it from sticking together, buy the blocks and shred them yourselves. Its amazing what you learn from this diet...reading labels on food is scary I tell ya!
