Folks, I am a newbie, so forgive me. I have NO idea where to post this and after searching the formus, have come to the conclusion that you guys definitely know what you are talking about. I understand that i order the hcg from India, but then what. From your posts, this needs to be injected (I have seen other sites where it is a spray?). Who does the injections for you? Would my normal doctor to them for me if I brought the hcg into him? How often is it injected? Many, many thanks for any answers. And again, I am sorry for posting here but have no idea where it would be better placed.

Thankfully, I haven't paid him yet. Back when I ordered, I had to go round and round to find out where to send a check and then he told me to wait until it was delivered to pay. I can't really afford to order from Fran. I think I'm just going to start over with ADC when I have the money.

On the injections; as far as I know we all give them to ourselves. I'm not sure your doctor would give them to you. Some people who have gone to doctors or clinics have been charged outrageous prices so they end up doing it themselves and come here for support and information. Injections are daily and if done SubQ which is in the fat they are painless.
If you want to take the hcg sublingually you can do that too.
I can't speak to the sprays and other things, there's alot out there these days. I prefer to go with the standard pharmacy grade hcg as the originator of the protocol did. -

maryann- have you read "pounds and inches"? that's the place to start. then read these threads and come back to us with questions- i have all the info on where/how to order, how to mix, etc. There are a couple of pages of threads i've written. -m
