I don't know about the rest of you but my experience with USPS tracking is that they show on their site when the package was received at the post office then nothing until it's delivered and then it shows where it's been. I have never seen it truely give updated tracking information as it travels to it's destination.
I don't send a whole lot of stuff USPS but when I have that has been my experience.
My package from ADC has "been in customs" since the 16th but it wouldn't surprise me to have it delivered tomorrow. -
This is why I bought from ADC, I asked BDP about shipping to Canada and got a snippy reply that it only had a 10 % chance of getting to me.....oooooo K! So that screamed to me dont buy from this company!

Keep in mind that the owners of both companies are brothers and live in the same house even... so any customs issues from one will be the same for the other!

My order took 3 days to clear customs, the tracking info shows that it cleared customs on Oct.19 at 10:01pm. If it got confiscated and sent back - would it show that information? -

You might be right about customs looking at me, Margie! That durn package is still sitting there!

I tried to place an order with BDP and it kept saying there was something wrong on the information for my credit card. I got on live chat and that said to just place the order that it would be ok. So I did. I get an email from Ash asking how I will pay check, money order, wire transfer or zoom.com. I email him back saying I only want to pay by credit card so I told him to cancel the order. He emailed back and said he cancelled it and I should try and do my credit card again on a different order. I don't want to use wire transfer, zoom.com, or money order. They all cost extra money. -
Hello, All!
This is my first post. I've been lurking on the forum for about a month now, and just joined, so I could specifically give me experience with BDP. After all I've been reading, I was a little concerned. However, I decided it was worth the risk, because the price was a fraction of what I've been paying for hcg the past 2 years, and, I figured I could always dispute the charges with my CC, if something went wrong. My experience:
I ordered late evening of Oct 5th. The transaction went perfectly. CC went through the first time, etc. Within minutes, I received an email confirmation. I received another email saying my CC had been charged. Then, on the 13th, I received an email with a tracking number. The tracking number didn't work for several days, as expected, but eventually, it showed my package was in customs in NY. It was out of customs on the 19th, and at my door minutes ago. I'm in the SF Bay Area, so I'd say this was pretty impressive timing. The package was wrapped in fabric, which was hand sewn together! Labels were attached to the fabric, and taped on, all around. Pretty ingenious, if you ask me, because it would have taken a lot of work for customs to actually inspect the package! My box was a little dented. I ordered 10 of the HUCOG 5K amps. They were each in individual boxes. There was Styrofoam on top of the contents. A couple of the boxes were dented, but all of the product was intact.
I never emailed or did a live chat. There was no reason. It's a waiting game. I figured, if I hadn't received my order by the first week of Nov, I'd email. I've ordered from overseas before - this was the MOST flawless transaction I've ever experienced. And, I saved over $100 on my order. My order arrived over 1 week faster than any of my orders, from the Canadian pharmacy I'd ordered from previously. I will certainly order from BDP again.
Good luck to everyone who ordered! Hopefully, when BDP gets it together, everyone's orders will go as flawlessly as mine did.

PS The HUCOG I received was manufactured in India, not China. -

Maire....that's so good new to hear! I do hope BDP will get everyone's orders as flawlessly as you did. I'm still waiting for the usps tracking update, but I know like Linda Lou said, they don't update their tracking info until it is actually at it's destination. I'm still waiting patiently.......
