Ash is having problems on his sight and is supposed to have it fixed by tomorrow. He is getting it wired to do echecks and it has temporarily blocked his gateway so it is not receiving credit card transactions. I have spent much time on live chat with him trying to troubleshoot the problem. Promises to be fixed by tomorrow. It is not accepting anyones credit card now.
But we know how his promises are so who knows when it will be fixed. The guy just tells you what he thinks you want to hear so you will not order elsewhere I think. May be up and running by tomorrow. I got very frank with him on live chat this afternoon. Who knows if he is for real or just making more wishful promises though. He told me I should have thought ahead and ordered sooner. My response is so I should have thought ahead and planned for him not to follow through with his promise to me to get my shipment out as promised. He got very humble suddenly.
He also increased all his prices overnight on his hcg. Still cheaper than ADC but definitely higher than what they were yesterday morning when I tried placing my order.
I have spent many hours trying to help him at his request and list errors on his website, suggestions to increase sales and business, improvements to website and ordering, ect..
I was the one who told him to get e-check so he could process check orders more efficiently, emailed him with a list of mathmatical errors on his website that would cause him to lose money, ect.. ect...ect...
And the guy tells me I should have planned ahead when I mentioned I needed mt order mailed as soon as possible.
This didn't go over well with me. He has promised on numerous orders to include what he shorted me on my very first order with him but has failed to do so on every subsequent order.
My suggestion is unless you are making a very large order and the couple of bucks per vial adds up to many bucks due to the size of the order, to look elsewhere. ADC may be the best alternative. They have improved customer service of recent and are very proffessional these days it seems.

It's really sad that it's come to this, mikkydee, but I think you're right. I have had some very good conversations with Ash and he even called me on Monday. He assures me, of course, that my order will be here by next week but I'm not holding my breath. I'm just waiting for the first week of November and if it doesn't show up, I suppose I'll have to finally give up on him.

Ya'll are not going to believe this, but I got my hcg from Ash today. I ordered by Credit Card on his site on the 21st. I am not starting until Thanksgiving, and with all the trouble with Ash, I figured I had 4 weeks to get my order. Just letting you know that sometimes he does get it right. :) Only trouble is, now I am tempted to start earlier than I had planned.

lightbearer, I also received 2 previous orders from Ash in a timely manner. Last one I received was about 2 weeks ago. However I think Ash has been overwhelmed wiith orders of recent and did not have the structure in place to process them all efficiently or even keep up with them in an organized way.

What he didn't realize I believe is that many people who order from him all have a mode of communication with each other through this forum and can share their experiences with each other. Consequently what might have seemed to an individual like a single and unusual problem with their order became obvious that these issues were not isolated but widespread. I do believe that Ash is not intentionally trying to rip people off, his customer service and disorganization have caused much heartache and stress to many of his clients who would have otherwise been very loyal to him and his business. Poor management is one of the top reasons why many businesses fail or don't do well.

And as mentioned I do not believe his intention is to rip people off but his tendencies to tell the customer whatever is expedient at the moment just to appease them momentarily without follow through on his part will make it a deterant against many who are informed of his practices. Saving a couple of bucks is not worth the headaches that many have had ordering from him. It is truly hard to know with someone who is not forthright and honest if there will truly be improvements longterm.
For the moment his prices will draw people so there will always be those who take a shot with him for that reason, but his prices are steadily coming up as he goes along making the experience not worth the savings very quickly.
Some have received their orders, but very many have been lied to and strung out for far too long without receiving them.
Take a chance if you will, perhaps it will work out for the best.

i agree with you, doyle. i don't think he's a bad guy- but his practice of telling you things have been shipped when they have not, is a very bad way to do business. i have been quite frank on my live chats too, although i'm not sure it's always ash.

after lying to me many times in the past few weeks that my order had been sent, they again said a few days ago that they sent it. since them i have hounded them daily about a tracking number, but have not received one. today ash finally answered one of my emails and said there was a "mistake" and that he sent vials of 5000 rather than the 2000. said he hoped that was "ok". i'll have to use more bact water to mix with it, but that's the least of my problems right now. i just told him that i hoped he did indeed send 15 boxes (i'm afraid he just sent an equivalent number of units), since i still planned to re-mix frequently. and told him that although i'd like to believe him, that i would not believe it had actually been sent until i received the tracking number.

the one good thing here is that this seems to have pushed anuj (adc) to offer better service. but his website now shows he's only selling hucog and fertigyn, and if i placed another order i'd like to try the corion.

perhaps if anuj can get that, i'll sell the vials of 5000 to folks here, and place another order.

This is just getting purely frustrating, that tracking number he gave me still is showing that there is no record of the item....not the usual they are preparing shipment or anything....I emailed him again last night to tell him that and no response from him as usual. If he doesn't get this straightened out soon, I am going to dispute the charge with my cc company.

jenwills how long have you had tracking number? Usually it is 3 days or so before it shows anything from india.

I have had it for 3 days now....I am just frustrated because I had a 5000iu from my last order and I waited to start this round until after my current order had cleared customs...only problem is that tracking number was somebody elses order not mine, so now I have about 8 more days of hcg until I run out, luckily my sister in law can loan me some but this is just crazy.
