    To all members and my friends

    I ashish bhargava the owner and the pharmacist would like to ask you for apology for the hcg supply where some probkme shave been encountered as it was due to some time factor or difference in the style of working all was my fault.

    We want to be the leaders in nrge HCG supply and we request u please bear with us for some time.

    I would like to inform u that due to some minor problems some people got the wrong track ----the first slip we get from customs is having the first name not the sir name so we have many slips of one name so that causes some issues or small problems


    Also some have got short product so we are shipping them free of cost or customs held up we are giving them free shipmenst.it costs us but yet we are doing .what we are writing is what we are doing and that is in front u your eyes.

    I anayway apologies for the small problems causes biut now we have up dated our facility too handle 100 orders per day

    Hi Ash,
    Just a sincere suggestion here, whether you do it is entirely up to you. Can you send an email out to all those still waiting for their orders apologizing on the delay, wrong tracking info, delay in responding back, wrong shipping info given, etc.... The only reason why I am asking is because there are many people on our forum who are very disappointed/upset with you and are telling other's that they will not order from you anymore or warning people not to order from you due to their experience. Also, there are a few, who are making amends for you, that you are new, overwhelmed with orders, didn't anticipate a overwhelming response, etc, etc... But, I think you need to take responsibility for whatever is going on!!!
    If there are too many emails to apologize to, send me an email and I will post it on the forum I belong to.

    I know you are trying your best and still have faith in you, however, if you just let people know the true facts, without excuses, just the true facts, some people will understand, not saying they will be happy, but it's better than feeling that you have been lied to. When you say, you will get back to someone the next day and don't - that will cause doubt in people and emails to you that could have been avoided; telling people their order was shipped, but wasn't, would cause doubt and again emails that could have been avoided. Even the tracking numbers that you sent to some are wondering if it's the correct one this time. ( I must admit, I am one of them wondering.) If you say or promise something, it is very important to follow through, don't say or promise something that you cannot fulfill. I want you to be successful in your business and be around for a long time. You just need to state the facts truthfully and people can plan on whether to order from you or another company if you cannot meet their needs at that time. I'm sure with your prices, you'll have people ordering from you eventually, but some people are doing their protocol and need the supply by a certain date and if they don't get it as promised by you - it will mess them up, and your company gets a bad reputation. Like me, I ordered from you on 9/25, and you promised it was sent out, after many emails I got my tracking number only to find out it wasn't mine, it messed me up with planning to complete my protocol by a certain date , and I eventually had to order from someone else just to get started until I receive your order. If I don't get your order in 2 weeks, I'll have to buy another vial of hcg to finish my protocol. I am not upset, but I am disappointed because from one of my many emails to you, you said it was shipped and it's on its way and that was on October 5th. Only to find out from your recent email with the tracking info, it just got sent out.

    Just for your information...Even companies here in the USA would state that shipping would take up to 10 - 12 weeks for delivery. See, even from here in the US, some companies take that long!!! And, yes we still order the products!!! But, they state that and do not make false claims. Maybe, if you are extremely busy, you could put something on your site saying...Due to overwhelming responses to our products, shipping could take up to ___ for delivery, however, we will try our best to ship the item(s) out as soon as possible. I think most people will extremely understand!!! I'm just trying to help, because word of mouth is the best advertising !!!

    How long does the hcg usually sit in customs? I finally got my tracking # (if it's even the right one) and it's been sitting in customs for 3 days now. I ordered it about 12 days ago.

    Grammy...my order from ADC sat in customs for 3 days. I still haven't gotten tracking info on my 9/28 order from BDP.

    Typically it is about 2-3 days, sometimes longer. I ordered from Ash on Oct 9th. Tracking says it is "in bound out of" New York customs as of 10-17-09. One order is still sitting in customs. Says "inbound into customs". Both arrived there on Oct 16th.

    Mine says inbound into customs and at another place on the site it says it's being processed by U.S. customs. Maybe it will get out of there today then since this is day 4.THanks!

    YaY Colleen, mine shows it is out of customs as of last night!!! I feared it was going to get confiscated - I'm so happy!!!!

    yes the other half of my order has been stuck in customs since Oct. 16. Oh bother. I am getting nervous that it will be confiscated now.
    How long has yours been in customs grammy?
