chelated silver deionized water lauramide dea Propylene glycol
I've searched and nothing seems to absorb or interfere w/ the diet. It's a great product I've used b/c of my excessive dry skin especially while I'm on the diet...
Thanks chobiche - may check into this. I was thinking it might be good for my daughters acne too? I was wondering about Philosophy? I think I have a jar but have yet to check the ingredients. I haven't used moisturizer for 2 days and not sure I can do that the whole time?
Hi guys, I haven't been on this thread for awhile. This is my 2nd time doing P2. I had great results before w/ my first time duing the protocol, but during my next rounds got the flu so bad and decided to wait to go again. Originally I went through a clinic, and the advice they gave me on skin care and hair care was not to do anything in excess. I had been using the crystal deoderant , so I kept with that. Airbonne makes a whole line of oil free skincare, as well as Alba. Aloe gel and Na-PCA are fantastic. I have used these for years and my skin loves them. If you look up some oil free products on line, I'm sure you'll get more info then you could possibly want. I think your best bet is staying with the lines that are botanical in nature and use natural ingredients. If you have questions about a specific product, call their customer service line. Someone will help and you can share the info. My shampoo is for color treated hair, so I did not change. When I conditioned my hair-I tried to keep it to once or twice a week and did not rub into the scalp. I continued to use lipstick and suncare products without oil or oil derivatives. I love in Fl and CA, so there is no way I'm going without sunscreen. I'd rather take a little longer to lose the weight than get skin cancer. It was costly to switch everyhting, but I kept using them after my original round. Don't stress over the skin and hair products, just be careful and read your labels. My Dr. had told me that the bottom line was equivalent to ounces in the overall scheme of things, so I was never overly concerned.
Sephora has great oil free products. I went in and they let me take home some samples. They have different lines I like REN, DDF lots to choose also online. I use abba shampoo and conditioner its a botanical so far so good
