another dumb question from the newbie here..............1st day of loading complete, yay! ok, im weighing out my meats and packaging them up for the week ahead...some of my meats weigh 94g some weigh 102g....so on and so on. can i leave these 'as is' or is it an absolute MUST that they weigh exactly 100g??
ok....i know its such a small difference but im so determined to do this right! i bought 2 packs of lean beef chuck steaks already cut into pretty close portions to what i need. thought it would be kinda senseless to make it a perfect 100g by adding the slightest sliver of meat lol
