Most of them should be P2 (the 500 cal portion of protocol). a P3 recipe may have wandered into that thread...I havent looked back over the whole thing to check. As you get used to the protocol, you will be able to tell. But most of them are P2
Thanks Smartie lady & Grami, I took your advice and I did load. I had actually started a new thread because I was so anxious to know what to do. I love advice especially from those who have done this. It is my first day today and I am really nervous that I may not be doing the injection in my muscle I hope I am. Because is it true if I don't get the muscle it won't supply enough hcg and I wont hit Ketosis?
Ketosis doesn't matter on this protocol. Those with more knowledge than I have explained all of that in the forum. If you do a search you will find what they said.
If you don't hit the muscle you will be hungry and may lose normal fat instead of abnormal fat. I noticed with IM injections that when you hit the muscle you can kind of feel it, a little extra resistance. If you flex your muscle before choosing a spot to inject it helps to fine the right place.
Linda you are so great! I measured my needle and it is only an inch. I read one of your comments and I think you said it should be an in and a half or 1in 1/4 is that right. Did I get the wrong needle?
ok..im officially started on my HCG journey!! took my drops this morning ate a HUGE breakfast...3 eggs, 3 bacon, large helping of fried potatos (with the left over steak from last night chopped in)...this is ridiculous lol...ive eaten till i cant breath! oh well...all worth it IF it works out for me :)
I started P2D3 today. I was kinda hungry this a.m. Took my drops, had some black coffee...ugh. Later I ate my measured small apple...took me like 2 hours to eat it. I just had lunch...was pretty hungry. I had my measured chicken breast with a TON of salad greens and also my apple cider vinegar dressing I made. I thought it was great.
I was shocked how much lettuce I could eat. I am pretty full I guess? We will see how I do the rest of today? Kinda craving sweets. NOT going to cheat. I want this so bad.
