I'm Cookie and I'm from South Florida, Ft. Lauderdale. 93 degrees today

day 28 of the plan..25 on the vlcd, so far have lost approx 23 lbs, but up one today after a nice loss. Tom is sooo anytime now but he is taking long and I'm doing what I should.

I'm Bonnie from Meridian, Idaho, mother of 7. 5'1" and on r1p2d20. Between both rounds, I have lost a total of 32 lbs. I now weigh in at 138, and I'd really like to be at 130 before I stop this round. And then I'll do one more round later to get the last 15 off. Of course now my stinky tom has come to visit, and thrown me into a mini stall, but I'm not giving up, I'll probably perservere for 10-15 more days and see what happens...thanks for everyone's stories and support on this forum, this has been an incredible journey for me!!!

Hey yoyo, My husband's family is from Saudi Arabia...His grandfather worked the oil fields, then they moved back to the states. That was a long time ago though. I am originally from San Deigo, CA but I live in Pearl City Hawaii now.

Im another Canadian :) Im in the wonderful British Columbia North, in tiny little Kitimat :) Its a beautiful crisp day today...and I will be starting my first ever round in about 3 days, just waiting to be done mother natures gift :P So excited to get started, but Im sure I'll be on here lots asking questions.....
