    Bountiful, UT here! Been raining like crazy at my house all weekend! I'm R1P3 4 days in...I've lost 16.2 lbs. Feels great! Now if I can just get this darn P3 under control...I'd be in heaven! lol

    St. Louis, MO here. Well, actually I am in St. Charles county but everyone knows St. Louis better. I am R1P2VLCD8 and have lost 9.2 I HEART hCG!

    I am in TN and I'm just waiting on my order from ADC which is now in NY in customs. I'm anxious to get started. I used the drops for about a week and they just did not keep me from feeling I was starving to death. Hopefully I'll have a better result from the shots!

    Austin, Texas here, land of live MUSIC!

    Firedudette, I went to Lindenwood in St. Charles my first 2 years before I transferred to UT Austin.

    I did a 23 day round last October, lost 20 lbs, gained 10 lbs back and did another 23 day round this past August losing the 10 pounds I put back on! I'm in P4 and weigh 119 #, 2 lbs above LIW I am still fighting stabilizing but hanging in there!

    Janna - Dont worry I gained 6#'s the first round load days and 5#'s the second round load days. It will come off.

    On R2P2 but will be starting P3 on Thursday. YIPPEEE 5'5" and started at 187 and am now at 149. I am hoping to go down to 147 by Thursday. Boy do I feel thin and sexy! :-o I will post a after picture when I have one taken.
    It's our 35th anniversary in a few more weeks so want to wear a really short and sexy outfit to dinner! LOL

    anyone from West Texas ? Thats where I'm located not origanally from here, I'm born Canadian my parents moved here when I was 11. Love Texas except the lack of rain and lots of sandstorms.
    I am on R1 P3 now for 5 days and loving it !!!! I have had no issues with gaining so far I'm actually a little below my last VLCD which is about 1.5 below LIW and I'm hoping it will stay that way it's been so much fun but have been really tempted by the sweets (like homemade cream pies at church lunch yesterday)but I ate lots of meat and salad with lots of ranch and cheese...LOVING IT;) have had sugar free ice-cream but then got some stomache cramps...I have sugar free almond clusters that are so awesome mmm my mouth is watering just thinking about them,but anyway this was so worth it. thanks to this site I learned SOOOO much and thanks to the helpful people on here, y'all are awesome!!! God Bless you all ;)
