I am in Phoenix, AZ, I am in my second week of P3, Went from 163 lbs to 138 in a 40 day round, yeeeeeahhhh! I love this diet! Will wait 6 wks and go on my second and final round for the last 10??? lbs. AZ in da house!!!

I'm from Chatsworth, CA, about 30 miles northwest of LA. I'm on R2P2D17 and I'm down 27.5 lbs! I'm doing the short rounds.

On behalf of my hubby and me both (he's on the diet but not on this forum) we're in Chandler, Arizona, though originally, I was from Utah, and he is from England. Last official day of R1P3. He lost 35 pounds, I lost 16-17 etc on first round. Felt great! I hated to leave P2! -

Hi, I am also new and I am from Spokane Wa. I love the diet also however I am on P2 R1 and am looking forward to P3 I would like to have a little more variety. I have 9 days then I will do the 6 week between round 1 and 2. Good luck to all and Colleen I saw your picture and you look great, gives such a boost to me to stay on this diet. I actually have lost 13 lb and feel great.

I'm from Southern Utah. Anyone else? All I see is Northern Utah people. I'm in St. George, closer to Vegas. I'm down 70lbs in three rounds. I'm on R3P3D9 right now and maintaining.
