I'm 28, a work at home mom of 2, and carrying around about 40 extra lbs. I had a hysterectomy in February due to cancer and the weight just piled on almost immediately. I just started my first round this weekend and am looking forward to bringing out the skinny jeans again by New Years!!
Yesterday and today I've had to really rely on Advil for a constant headache but I was an avid Diet Coke addict (upwards of 6-8 cans a day) and I'm sure this is related to stopping caffeine cold turkey.
I'll get over it! Being an emotional eater my whole life does have me a bit worried when it comes to willpower but so far so good!

Wow Arizona I make # 14 from Az I'm from Sunny Tucson land of sunny days and cool nights..... We definitly have a group for support here anyone want to meet up sometime (Marilee 1111, Momof7, Traveling Fan, Annie Fannie) we're all from Tucson i also visit Phx on a regular basis have family there...would be great to meet and also might beable to buy bulk items together like Almond flour and Coconut flour Beth
