Has anyone put on any weight on the first day off P3. My last injection was on Saturday, started P3 this morning and my weight went up by 700g even though I did not cheat... TOM is due anyway so maybe that is the answer...
tryingtomakeit sorry for not answering your question, yes I have an excellent dr in South Africa who introduced me to HCG, I suffered from diabetes Type 2, he took me off my medication, put me on hcg and after losing 7kgs my glucose results in the morning are anything between 4.1 to 6 which is pretty normal... I still want to do R2 in January to lose a further 6kgs... -

I was wondering that too. I went to my account but I couldn't figure out how to do it.

SminSoCal has one and I've seen a couple others. -
Go up to the top of the page and click on "Account". That will take you to your profile page.
Once you're there, go to the top left corner and click on "Personal Information". That will take you to your profile page.
On that page, scroll down until you see entries for "Account Picture" and "Icon". From there, you'll need to link to a place that has a picture you want, somewhere on the web. I have an account with photobucket.com. I used this picture:

for my icon - the little picture by my name - and this picture:
