Question about spices- I want to make some of that yummy chili and I have a spice mix here and it doesn't have nutrition facts, also doesn't list sugar or oil either? does say "spices" as one of the ingredients.

Can they add sugar without listing it in the ingredients list? I know it doesn't need to be on the nutrition list if it is under a certain amount.

Hmmmm safe or not : )

    I was reading this.........

    Unforeseen Interruptions of Treatment
If an interruption of treatment lasting more than four days is necessary, the patient must increase his diet to at
least 800 calories by adding meat, eggs, cheese, and milk to his diet after the third day, as otherwise he will find
himself so hungry and weak that he is unable to go about his usual occupation.

It is this bit that interest me...

If the interval lasts less than two weeks the patient can directly resume injections and the 500-calorie diet, but if the interruption lasts longer he
must again eat normally until he has had his third injection.

It is like it is saying you can do your 1 - 23 days take a couple of weeks break and then go on it again for another number of days and more than likely not hit immunity. But everyone is saying do your rounds and then go on P3 and P4 before you do another round.
Maybe I am just reading this wrong and need it explaining to me but thats how i see it.

    Nats :)

Even with this, you can't go on longer than 40 days. He's talking about an interruption of a 40 day round. So if you had to interrupt, you can go back and finish it out as long as it's not longer than a 2 week break.

    Grammy,
what about if it was longer than a two week break, would you do only up to the 40 days plus three or would you start from day 1 again and do either 23 or 40 days.

nats~I can only tell you my experience. I didn't wait I took 3 weeks off this last round and I have now on day 16 lost 2 lbs from my LIW from my last round. There could be a number of reasons why I don't know if it is related but I thought I would share that. I will be taking a long break before my final round.

shaz14~ yes that is correct that is what the protocol says to do, you have a good DR

gulfgirl~ Fran's website is www.yourhcgdiet.com she's great and extremely helpful, excellent customer service truly cares about our success.

If you do longer than 2 weeks then it's a whole new round and he says to go 6 weeks between rounds, minimum. :-(
