ive beengetting absolutely exhausted after doing wqeights and badminton. This isnt something ive started with the diet ive always done it so why i am i getting so fatigued? I read its ok to train as long as that is your normal routine. Its concerning me a little because i dont think ive ever felt so fatigued in my life. I mean feeling like your going to crumble fatigue. Has anyone got any suggestions or answers?
    Thanks

    Ken.
I know what you mean. On P2 I was bound and determined to keep up my excersise routine. I was someone who worked out (hiking or running or aerobics) 6 days a week. I too got so tired about 6 days into it AND it made me hungry. So I switched to just doing a small (like 5 min) of cardio and 15 min of yoga. That worked much better for me. Everyone is different though..some will say they worked out the whole time with no problems...Cut back on your excersise for a bit on VLCD's and see if it helps...it worked for me. good luck!

Ken, it sounds like you are trying to do too much, even if it is what you did before the protocol. You have essentially no carbs available for immediate energy, you have to depend on the slower energy source of fat burning. Have you tried eating your fruit immediately before your work out? That will give you a few carbs to burn. Otherwise, you really should scale back your work outs a bit.

I drank about a half gallon or more of water in the morning from the time I got up until the time I left to go workout. About 3 hours. I seemed to have my usual amount of energy for working out. You might want to try drinking more water to see if that helps.

Thanks for the advice. I think i probably am trying to do too much, it doesnt make it easier when ive got a workout partner to keep up with. I think i will scale it down a bit, i suppose its pointless training for growth while on VLCD anyway.

you definitely don't want to be stressing your muscles to the max while on P2, ken. you're not eating enough protein for muscle repair. when you do work out, i'd try eating your fruit and veggie before working out, and your portion of protein afterward.

Hey, I have a question. Well, the need for recommendations, really.

I am now 2 wks into P4 and doing pretty well. I'm learning what intolerances I have and to avoid those things. I thought I might be able to exercise more and be able to lose a bit more, but it doesn't seem to be working (yet). What I'm wondering is if you think it would be worth it to do another short round to lose about 10 lbs or so, or should I stick with my exercise and wait it out a bit longer. If I did another round, I wouldn't load till Thanksgiving day and day after so that I could be on P3 at Christmas. I always thought I would only do one round, but not sure I will be able to go below where I've stabilized.

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks!

Sure, you can do a short round. It's really hard to lose more weight because you've reset everything. and if you do it without doing hcg, you run the risk of messing up your metabolism again. So if you have more to lose, even 10 pounds, it's way better to do a short round.
