    Hi
Ive just been reading about the skip a day issue. Im a guy and i want to lose 28-35lb im told its highly likely ill hit that in about 30days, so ill be between the 23 and 43day course. Should i use the skip a day method or not?
Also i seen something about juggling proteins ie chicken ,fish etc how important is that as i was planning on using a pretty uniform diet. I train and use whey protein too im guessing i willhave to cut that out whilst on the HCG is that right?
Also, is there any other essential supplement than magnesium pottassium and B12?
    Thanks in advance.
    Ken.

You only have to skip a day if you do a long round. Make sure you read Pounds and Inches. If you think you might only do 30 days to lose that amount of weight, which seems likely if you don't cheat since you're a guy, then I wouldn't worry about skipping a day. But if you think you might go 43 days, I'd skip a day. And if you want the best chance of losing that amount of weight on a shorter round, follow the protocol exactly, which means no whey protein.

    Hi
Thanks for that. Its no good getting close to the 30days then realising ill need more days and starting to skip is there? Would it be more sensible to just plan to do a long round and put in the skip days even if it meant staying on a while longer?
Also about the supplements magnesium pottassium and B12. Are there any more i need? And the above juggling proteins issue? The more i read the more i realise this is going to be quite a complicated thing.
This site is a goldmine of info though.
    Thanks.
    Ken.

It's really not complicated, Ken! I take magnesium as part of a migraine protocol but I haven't added potassium because I haven't needed it. Same with B12. You don't have to take any supplements if you don't want to. Some take Smooth Move tea if they end up having constipation problems. I really think you'll lose what you want in the shorter protocol if you don't cheat. You could plan on the longer protocol and skip a day, then quit early if you want, but I bet you're going to be happy with your weight loss at 4 weeks. :-)

there is a much early thread that say you can use Sodium Chloride to mix with is anyone using it and is it better than the Bac water. just wondering.

    Nats :)

I use sodium chloride to mix with then add the colloidal silver to make the sublingual mix. I've read several places that the hcg is meant to be mixed with the sodium chloride. It does dissolve it instantly too.

nats- as colleen said, you can use sc to mix with- and some people think this is even an advantage. but here's the problem for those doing shots- it is not recommended that you use both sc and bact water together- you need one or the other. injectable SC is very hard to find, expensive, and most sites want a script from your doc in order to sell it to you. you can use the bags of powdered sc that you get in drugstores to mix in SL dosing, but can NOT use this for injections. thus, most of us use the bact water.

I am trying order my clear viles and gpzservices is out of the 30 and 20 ml viles. I am mixing the 2000iu HCG for 200iu. Can I use the 10ml viles? If I mix 10 ml Bac water with the HCG would it fit in the 10ml bottle?
