Iluvkats, they never told me what I was taking, I just assumed that it was 200iu since they instructed me to do my injections in the butt. I guess I will give them a call tomorrow.

And yes, I injected the needle all the way in. I have 1 syringe left and I am reading on it it is a 3cc 25g x 1'. I still want to do it in the thigh. Thanks for you guidence. After doing 1 round I thought I had everything figured out!

nickmia....are you close to your goal? How tall are you? As you get closer, the losses get much smaller....

I am determined to NOT let this muscle pain/soreness affect my progress! I am taking Potassium and Magnesium but am still aching - not as bad - but it has moved to the lower back now. I am on my last day of R1 hCG and have lost 17 lbs. Three questions, please 1) will the Potassium and Magneisum affect the hCG, 2) will prescription meds (pain and muscle relaxers) affect hCG, and 3) will I continue to lose during the three weeks off until the next round? Thank you! AnClair

    Hi there!!
    1) no, they will not affect the hcg. Most of us take the supplements you mention.
    2) no, they won't affect the hecg either.
    3) some lose alittle on p3, but you are trying to stabilize at not more than nor less than 2 pounds away from your last injection weight. This is when you reset your hypothalamus and your weight set point.

I meant 2 pounds plus or minus from your last injection weight. That didn't come out right in the above post...sorry!

I just now read enough of Pounds and Inches to read the part that says that I should skip one injection/week, like Sundays, since I am doing a long round (43 days). I haven't noticed anyone talking about this. Do you really do this, skip one day of hCG per week to help avoid immunity?

Lenora, if you are doing a long round, yes, I would say most skip a day a week. If you are doing a short round, many don't skip a day. Also, if you are planning on doing a second round and only want to wait 3 weeks between rounds, most skip a day. If you are going to wait 6 to 8 weeks, some don't skip a day. The point of skipping is to delay the onset of immunity to the hcg. That is also the reason for waiting 6 to 8 weeks between rounds.

    Hope this helps!!
