    Amy- What do you usually eat on a high protein day? Do you try to get a certain number of grams of protein? Does 1 day usually work for you or do you do 2-3 high protein days?

    Confession. I sort of miss P2. Only because I felt so fantastic and had so much energy. I was go go go all the time and I never ran out of energy. I suspect it is because I was eating so healthy. I loved feeling so clean but I know myself. I couldn't eat only those types of food even if I loved how I felt.

    P3 is good. I love dairy. P4 hasn't been so fun. I have been slowly trying starches and other proteins and to be honest it hasn't been too easy on my guts. I tried to do only one item but it can be hard. Plus I worry if I will gain. Oh well. It is a good learning experience. Maybe one day I will be motivated enough to eat super super healthy.

    I usually eat cheese at breakfast (had 3 slices of smoked gouda this AM), and I always eat scrambled eggs with cheese, at some point in the day, and either have steak or fish at dinner. One usually does it for me!

    I don't miss P2, but then again I don't know WHAT energy you are talking about lol! I had low energy! Feeling clean did feel great... I really did not like the foods. I hate fish now lol!

    I totally miss P2 as well. I miss the regimen....Old habits die hard. I seem to be STARVING now. Always food obsessed.
    Cannot wait to start again. Have stuck at 6 lbs above LIW and PISSED about it. BUT I deserved it.

    In the past, I've eaten a single roll with my dinner, but the other night....two at dinner, then another one after kids were in bed! Eating so late is probably what did me in. And, I don't know why I keep saying that I am point "whatever" below LIW, when actually I am that amount away from a steak day! Did that make sense? I just can't seem to say it right!!

    I kinda miss the regimented P2 myself. Good thing I'm starting another round this weekend! I'm doing this round with my next door neighbor, so I'll have a real-life buddy as well as all you guys! Hopefully, I will be able to lose the last 10-15 lbs to be at my goal weight!

    I am 3 1/2 weeks past my last injection. I did a 45 day P2, and lost a total of 37.8 lbs. A week after my last injection, I went to a family reunion, and blew P3. Whiskey with my Dad, honey ham (at least I picked off the yummy crunchy parts but it was all they had), and once I realized how bad I failed, I went out later with my Dad for more drinks, and ate fried pickles. Who the hell eats fried pickles?

    In any case, with the help of a few steak days, and getting my butt back to the gym on a regular basis, I have managed to get myself back below my LIW. So as of right now I have lost 39.2 lbs... We are going to Dublin, Ireland for New Years and my husband's 40th, and I would like to have some wiggle room so that when I come back and start my second round in January, I don't end up spending half of my P2 trying to get rid of weight I thought I had already lost. Thankfully, there is a fully equipped gym in out hotel, and we will be walking everywhere, but between Guinness, Irish Whiskey, and fish and chips, I am gonna need that buffer zone!

    Oooh, sounds like a fun trip, mockingbird....glad you're getting back on track for a new round!

    So, okay, I lied....I think I really will wait till 11-25 to start R2. That happens to be hubby's birthday, then turkey day the next day....I was thinking of starting this weekend, but it will be too hard for me to load, I think. Okay, that settles it...One week from today is my first load day!

    Grammy Grammy! =D I cannot even help it... I'm just sick of fish. It is what it is! No more fish. Down with the fish. FISH NO MO'! haha!

    "Who the hell eats fried pickles?" Ummm... well, ME! LOL! I hate fried stuff, with the exception of these. There is something breathtaking about them. Haven't had them since before my round though.

    Ok...I'm coming out of hiding. I had gained a couple of lbs over the weekend & FINALLY dropped it this am!! Funny how bummed you can get over a gain! I was so down but then took a look at myself & said 'why the h@ll are you upset when you've lost 43 lbs!" ... Had to suck it up & get back in gear! My birthday is next month & I am determined to look better at 39 than I did at 29!! (actually think I weigh quite a bit less already)
