vlcd #4 down another 2lbs 218 back to my stabilized weight from p3, now the fun begins! i hope these multliple pound losses continue but prepping myself for a stall soon. i am skipping TOM this month, i don't have time to play with this protocol this month!
Qbe...you should not try and lose weight on P3. Your 'number" you want to stay close to is the "number" that was on the scale on your LIW. I know everyone wants more...more...more, but if you diet while in P3 you are going back to the same ol same ol...yo yo dieting. On P3 you are resetting your body to a 'set' number...a number that you can maintain. Really gals you should not try and lose weight in P3...just my thoughts.
VLCD#12 and 0 loss again today! That's two days in a row, and only .2 the day before. I'm thinking (hoping!) that my period is coming up in the next few days. My back has been achy the last few days which is usually a good sign. Ugh, so frustrating!
VLCD #10 and down 11.2 lbs! I have to admit that I did cheat here and there in the beginning (nothing major) but now that I have seen that this thing really works the anticipation of seeing the scale go down every morning is so much more important than satisfying a craving! Does anyone remember He-Man? "I HAVE THE POWER!!!"
vcld #18 down 19 lbs It has slowed down now. darn it. But I can wear 2 sizes smaller now. I'm jusst gonna use a belt till I get to my skinny jeans I've had stored for years. lol
