VLCD# 11, down 7. I only have about 25 pounds to lose, and only expect to lose about .5 a day, so I'm on track so far! Though today was my first day with a 0.0 loss. :(

VLCD #8, down 3.8 lbs, but lost 7.96 inches! Yey! That makes it .54 a day. I just want to get down to the 120s. I'm at 139 today!

Gals, a half pound loss per day is a good number. It all adds up.

Amy - thanks for the 'pat on the back' . Had bigger losses in the first wk or 2 but now it's usually 1lb or less (this wk I had one day 0 loss & next day .6 gain). I still have a long way to go but can take off my pants without unbuttoning or unzipping!! lol

Wow - everyone is doing so well! Congratulations. I am on p2 vlcd 21 (my 2nd day of vlc without hCG) and I am down 14.2 lbs. I have 1.2 lbs yet to go. I hope to have lost it by Friday (my first day of p3). This will be the first time that I have completed a diet protocol and made my goal (or close enough to it). I have heard that it is possible to continue losing during p3, so, if I don't make my goal, I can keep working on it. Loving my new body; so is my husband ;-)
