    Is anyone out there who is doing the homeopathic drops? I'm just wondering how people know to increase or decrease drops. Is it hunger?

    i'm doing the drops, how do you take them? i take them every 3 hours and 5 drops at a time and the only time i really get hungry is almost around the time when i'm supposed to eat anyways

    Just increase them a little if your hungry all the time. If Its only once in a while that you are hungry, drink more water. There is no real set dose for the hhcg. I do 15 drops 3 times a day, a friend does 5 drops 6 times a day, she says it keeps her from being hungry, and my kid does 10 drops 3 times a day. I am on Round 2 and still have not had to increase my drops.

    I started doing 15 drops 3 times a day - with the drops very early morning and then late mid morning then before bed. I guess I was wondering if it has anything to do with loses how much you take or is it just hunger - actually I am really full most of the tim, I only hungry in the morning if I dont eat anything which I always do now and a little while ago I couldnt finish my lunch and still ate way past comfort. the last 2 days I did 10 at night with the other 2 doses being the same and I feel no difference

    I do the hhcg drops 20 3 x a day. I do it at 830 am-9-am then 30 min before lunch and 30 min before dinner. Most nights I can't eat but a bite or two of dinner. The pounds are really coming off LOVE IT

    ZJ- your eating breakfast? your not supposed to eat anything in the morning from everything i have read about them. i'm on my 12th day weighing in and i have lost 16.4lbs :)

    I know your not supposed to eat breakfast but I need something in the morning and usually work out. So what I do is if I'm having eggs that day as one of my proteins I'm have 1 and 1/2 egg whites with a half of a grapefruit and then subtract the whites from the meal or I'll make a smoothy with strawberries, psyllium, stevia and cinnamon and some joint collagen powder that is no fat, no sugar, no carbs just calories and protein. I think it helps keep my metabolism more even as well as my blood sugar

    Christinilh - thats a great loss !! mines definately a lot slower but I'm only about 8 lbs away from my goal weight so I imagine that also has something to do with it

    bodyslimming - do you eat way under the 500 calories?

    ZJ I don't count the calories that I eat. I just eat the measured meat and the allowed vegies I eat 2 grapefruit halves a day, 2 cups of yerbe mate tea and 128 oz or more of water. I just find by the time I take my last drops and try to eat dinner I am full for the day. On the first week I could not satisfy my hunger, but now going into the 3rd week I actually don't seem to care about food at all. This is r2p2 for me and so far on this round I am down 14 lbs!

    I just realized the psyllium had carbs which I didnt realize so I wont do that again
