though you didn't know. This is a great group of people.

hI there i am on R1p3 d16 I am alittle concerned because I had used the homeopathic drops. I heard from a internet rumor that you dont stabilize right on the homeopathic drops. I have been on Maintenance phase and I have not stabilized yet. i keep having to do steak days and my weight is steadily gaining. i dont know why this is. I have been staying away from dairy and nuts and trying to eat good proteins.... any one else having problems stabilizing or is this just par for the course in maintenance phase??

I sure hope that's not the case! I thought I had read about people stabilizing on hhcg though, so I don't think it matters which kind you use.

Ka8 - that doesn't sound right if you are already on the maintenance phase!! You should maybe go back to eating P2/P3 foods then add on food every couple of days to see if maybe you can locate what is causing the gain! Maybe someone with a little more experience can help you a little better with this. Hopefully my comment bumps this back up so someone will read it!!

Brande - I'm telling you I'm gonna hunt your hubby down soon & spike his food with hidden sugar & starch LOL

I can't believe the losses you guys are experiencing! That is just awesome. I already forgot the name (sorry I have had a rough last 24 hrs so my brain is a little off) of the newbie that has just been reading & just joined in but WELCOME you will love it here!! And the HCG it truly is an awesome product & you will receive so much support on here its awesome!!!

I can't wait to see you guys in P3!!!

Sorry to ask this question as I know it has already been answered, but I am still confused. On a 23 day round do you do the drops for 23 days and then the VLCD for 3 days - total of 26 days or do you drops for 20 days and VLCD for 3 days - total of 23 days?

WoWEE! You go girls! R1P2vlcd13 down 12 lbs!
    WOOHOOWOOHOOWOOHOOWOOHOO!

On a serious note, I have heard talk that Homeopathic doesn't work but after long searches and careful consideration, I tend to believe that there is some sort of rivalry between injections and the non-injectors. I couldn't find any information supporting the rumor. In fact, I have heard the only praise from people who have completed their phases. I have 27 days left in phase 2, so I will let you all know when I get to phase 3.

Also FYI, I have been treating myself to a little celestial seasonings "sugar cookie" herbal tea w a bit of stevia without gaining...just thought i would throw that out there in case you are missing cookies as much as I am!

Ok, thanksgiving plans...i thougt about it real hard, and i am going to have to eat as normal as possible with discretion. I am anticipating a stall if not a gain. I haven't cheated at all on the protocal, so I hope I will be ok. Any one else?

Keep up the good work everyone!

Nutshell, tee hee, I know! He was sort of paused for a couple days, regained a couple pounds, held, and now is down quite a bit again. The scale acted funny with him again today though, so he's not 100 percent sure of his weight. But let's just say he's under 300 pounds by a bit now, and is edging up against the 34 pound per round limit. I didn't lose anything this morning, but I think I didn't drink enough water yesterday. So I will be doing one extra day of drops since we have one day wiggle room to still have a nice Thanksgiving.

He's looking good in those new jeans I have to say. Wonder how long he will be wearing that size! It's probably good we're about through the drops phase though, or he would need a new wardrobe.
