It is an amazing diet, isn't it strawberry! I've never been a yo-yo dieter who tried everything that came along. Not because I haven't needed to lose weight and looked at lots of diets, I just never really found anything I believed would work before without hurting me. I've had my share of friends over the years using various stimulants and diet pills with varying degrees of side effects. Some have been jittery, others have just looked so tired and worn out after their diets, or become dependent. But this.. this is really wonderful!

Down another pound today. That makes 15 pounds in 18 days. Hubby did a little yo-yo yesterday, regaining a couple of those six couldn't-make-up-their-mind-on-the-scale pounds, so his total loss is now 27pounds untill he gets up and hits the scale I suspect. However, his pants were falling down so badly yesterday, that he got out an older pair of jeans that were too small for him to even zip when we bought them (mail-order sizing is so hard to figure) and put them on easily. Then we had to replace his belt with one 4" smaller. Wow.

I've also discovered where I left my cheekbones yesterday, no longer lost buried under all this plumpness. It was a pleasant surprise to see them again. :)

I am thrilled with my results! After 26 days, I have released 20.4 pounds! This is an awesome program!
