Brandeline, Definatley makes me grumpy!!! Are we supposed to do drops during? I have seen info on injections, but I dont recall about drops?

Keep up your drops during TOM. They're not the same as the real HCG, so keep on them, otherwise you'll be starving!

I've even heard that alot of people here keep on taking injections of pharmacy grade during TOM, and it does no harm, so don't worry that you're messing up at all. I think Dr. S just didn't want people to expect weight loss during TOM, so if he wasn't giving shots, they weren't expecting as much, and were therefore not as frustrated at not loosing during this time.

I own a fitness center, and have seen 3 of my students lose weight on HCG injections, the diet plan, under doctor supervision. I have been watching them and seeing that they have kept the weight off. For me, I have resisted (I need to lose 30 pounds) because I am concerned with "playing with my hormones". My concern is also with the "no exercise" rule. Being the owner of a fitness center, I am unable to take exercise away. I teach 4 classes per week, and each class I burn anywhere from 800 to 1100 calories per workout.
Ive ordered the sublingual drops of HCG, and they are on their way...Im trying to get as educated as possible before I begin, so I too can enjoy success!!
I am doing a colon cleanse, and will be shopping for acceptable foods, and am modifying my workout routine to pull the calorie burn down to possibly a solid 700-800 calorie burn.
Any suggestions, advice, warnings...etc will be greatly appreciated!

Hi Jazzergirl! You will NOT regret it. You are in a position to make a HUGE difference in your client's lives, if you give this protocol a chance and do it yourself for at least one round! If you follow the protocol EXACTLY as described by Dr. Simeons, you will loose all your excess fat stores. You MUST start by reading Dr. Simeons "Pounds and Inches". It's free to download (I think there is a link up top on the left). If not, just google it and you will find a copy. This document will totally make you feel confident in the protocol and make you understand the science behind it. I searched and researched on the internet for about a month before I started, and being a very scientific and skeptical gal, I was really looking for something that says "no way this is a scam", or some such thing. After all of this, (and I did find a few articles about it not working....but reading the comments by people that actually DID the protocol...everytime it was blasted out of the water!!), I was totally convinced that this was indeed a cure for obesity! I am on day 11 today (I'm taking homeopathic.) I've lost 11.2 lbs, and feel really good. This is not a walk in the park, but it is so worth it!! Good luck on your QUEST for knowledge!

Jazzergirl, I think the point of the no exercise during the hormone taking period may be that the diet is designed to be just above protein deficiency levels in order to get your body to use the mobilised fat without panicking it into starvation mode. As you know, vigorous exercise makes tiny tears in your muscles each time you do it. I think if you exercise hard during this time, there may not be enough protein available from your diet to repair those micro-tears. You don't want to push your body into starvation mode, or make it cannibalise other important tissues to make repairs. They do say you can swim during this period though!

Hmm tiny tears in your muscles I KNEW there was a reason I didn't like to exercise - thus the reason I liked this diet LOL I would cut back on your workouts a little! Good luck!!! Annette

Just wanted to drop in to let those of you who congratulated and encouraged me last night that I was rewarded with a 1.5 pound loss. That's 9.5. Wow, on any other diet, it takes 2-3 weeks to lose 10, not 6 days
